A day of hidden and lonely lies,
don't expect what can't be, i've learned from past,
don't linger your heart, move on very fast,
Don't shudder at the thought,
don't be naive and ignore,
don't indulge in fantasy, and love evermore,
Just don't care I suppose, it's easier that way,
Just normal content, forever it will stay,
Hush, keep a secret,
Don't let anyone know,
that there is a stain of mere vertigo,
It seeps in slyly when it shall rain,
the empty bitterness of true love's pain.
It's catches me off-guard, and i'm forced to tears,
Alone in the darkness surrounded by my fears,
My heart is numb, yet somehow it yearns,
for the one that gave me these harsh burns.
